We use your email address only to send you the briefings, event invitations and research updates you have asked for. We rely on your consent as the legal basis for this, and you can withdraw it at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email we send.
Who processes your data
Our mailing list is managed through Mailchimp (Intuit Inc.), which processes signups on our behalf. Our website is hosted by Netlify. These providers act as data processors and are bound by their own data protection obligations.
Your rights
You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, and to unsubscribe at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email info@democratys.org.uk. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
